Services

  • All nail and beauty services are non-refundable once completed.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please let us know during your appointment so we can make adjustments where possible.

  • In rare cases where a service was not delivered as agreed, management may consider a partial or full refund at their discretion.

Appointments

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your deposit or service fee.

Deposits

  • Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled booking if notice is given within the required timeframe.

Special Circumstances

  • Refunds may be considered if health or safety concerns prevent the completion of a service.

  • Management reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds.
